About Me.

I first came across personal development work in 2018, initially exploring holistic wellbeing approaches including training as a birth doula, hypnobirthing and meditation teacher along the way. After completing a degree in Psychology, I became increasingly curious about behaviour change, trauma and positive psychology. I then went on to complete coaching and then financial coaching trainings, before becoming a coaching supervisor.

I live in North London with my partner and nearby a close-knit circle of friends.

My Values

Removing Barriers
I believe that everyone deserves access to the support they need at the moment they need it most. Financial knowledge and coaching shouldn’t be reserved for the rich. It should be available to all, regardless of background, education, or circumstance.

Raising Each Other Up
There are times in life when we need to receive support, guidance, and stability. There are also times when we’re in a position to give. I value this cycle deeply. While many of us are shaped by factors beyond our control, such as our upbringing, our environment, and the opportunities we’ve had, I believe that when we are able, we have a responsibility to extend that support outward and help lift others up.

Financial Literacy
Understanding money is a fundamental life skill. Financial literacy isn’t about being good at maths, it’s about having a clear and grounded understanding of your financial situation and taking proactive steps to improve it, creating greater stability and future security. I believe this knowledge should be accessible, empowering, and free from complexity.

Honest & Reflective Communication
I value deep, authentic reflection and the ability to meet ourselves and others with honesty. This means being open to feedback, willing to look inward, and able to communicate what’s truly on our hearts in a way that feels both vulnerable and safe.

Taking Action
For me, growth is about closing the gap between knowing and doing. I value proactivity, taking action as soon as possible after clarity emerges and continuing to move forward with intention.

Of Particular Interest…

One approach that has deeply inspired my work is the Internal Family Systems model (IFS).

IFS offers a compassionate and practical framework for understanding human behaviour and inner conflict through what is often called “parts language.” Rather than seeing ourselves as having one fixed voice or identity, IFS recognises that we all contain many different parts of ourselves, each with its own perspective, fears, desires, and protective strategies.

For example, imagine walking through a shopping centre and seeing a beautiful new jacket. One part might immediately say: “That’s amazing, I want that.” Another part may respond just as quickly: “I promised myself I wouldn’t spend money on clothing this week.” A third part might feel uncertain or indecisive about what to do.

IFS helps us slow down and explore these inner dynamics with curiosity rather than judgement.

This can be especially powerful when working with money and financial decision making. Financial behaviours are rarely just rational calculations, they are often deeply connected to safety, freedom, self worth, and survival. Because money is so closely linked to security, financial situations can activate strong emotional responses and protective patterns within us.

Through this lens, overspending, avoidance, scarcity thinking, financial anxiety, or even overworking can be understood as intelligent strategies developed by different parts of ourselves attempting to protect us in some way.

I find this perspective both humanising and empowering. By becoming more aware of the different parts of ourselves that become activated around money, and learning to integrate them with greater clarity and compassion, we often begin to make more grounded and intentional financial decisions.
